Overview
We strive to deliver exceptional products and want our customers to be delighted with their purchases. Each item is meticulously crafted in small batches in accordance with GMP standards to ensure its quality.
In the interest of maintaining product integrity and hygiene, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened or used items. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for unopened and unused items that are not defective; all sales are final.
Processing & Delivery Timeline
We currently only deliver within Nigeria and do not offer international delivery at this time. However, we hope to expand our delivery options in the future.
Confirmed orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 business hours. Orders placed on Saturday after noon through Sunday will ship out Monday. We do not offer Sunday delivery. Once your order has been placed and paid for, you will receive an email/WhatsApp confirming your order and another email/WhatsApp when we have processed and shipped your order.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item so that we can resolve the issue.
Our standard delivery times and fees are as follows:
- Port Harcourt delivery takes 1-2 business days(price varies with location).
- River State Outskirts takes 1-2 business days(₦2,000)
- Other states delivery takes 2-5 business days and is delivered using GUO LOGISTICS-terminal pickup (₦3,000)
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, logistics, and uncontrollable factors such as weather or during peak periods (after or during product launches, holidays, and special promotions). Also, the delivery fee may vary depending on the discount available at the time of purchase. Please be informed that we do not offer emergency deliveries.
Pickup Orders Yourself
Although we don’t currently have a physical storefront, we do offer a convenient pickup location. This means that you can easily order and pay for your desired items online (Website or WhatsApp), and then have the option to collect your purchase (usually within 24 hours) at our pickup spot located on Agip Road in Port Harcourt.
Kindly note that payment is required prior to pickup. This is to avoid inconveniencing another business owner with payment verification, as we are utilizing their store space for pickup. We appreciate your understanding.
Here’s the pickup process:
- You: Place your order on our website or via WhatsApp.
- You: Pay for your items.
- We: Verify your payment.
- We: Notify you once your item is available for pickup. (usually within 24 hrs).
- You: Go pick up your item.
Wrong Delivery Information
If you entered an incorrect delivery detail, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@jnjbotanicals.com or WhatsApp at 0901 646 0386. We will do our best to correct the error. We will not be able to assist you once your order has been dispatched; you may have to contact our delivery partner to correct the information.
Returns & Replacement
If you receive a defective item, the wrong item, or do not receive your item at all, you are entitled to a replacement. Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be in its original condition (unused, unopened, sealed, etc.) for us to accept the return and process the replacement. Please package the items as they were when you received them. Return/replacement requests will not be considered if items are returned without prior request or if reported after 48 hours of delivery.
Request a Return & Replacement
To request a replacement or refund for a delivered product, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Email sales@jnjbotanicals.com or on WhatsApp at 0901 646 0386 within 48 hours of delivery with full details of the problem and a receipt or proof of purchase. Sending pictures of the defective item/package helps us improve any delivery issues and is greatly appreciated.
Step 2: Allow us 48 business hours to review your request.
Step 3: Once reviewed, we will send a courier to collect the product from you. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Step 4: If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed at no additional cost to you. We will notify you on WhatsApp as soon as the replacement is shipped.
Please note that products cannot be returned or exchanged due to allergic reactions. We sympathize with the occurrence of a true allergy and advise that the customer contacts a medical professional for thorough allergy testing to prevent future instances.
